Prompt Engineering for Product Work là gì?
Prompt engineering for products là skill thiết kế AI-assisted workflow để research, synthesize, draft, critique, test and document product work. PM không chỉ viết prompt hay; PM phải cung cấp context đúng, kiểm tra nguồn, đánh giá output bằng rubric, bảo vệ privacy và quyết định bằng judgment.

Case study: turning interviews into opportunity memo
PM feeds anonymized interview notes, asks AI to separate raw quotes from interpretations, cluster by pain, and draft opportunity statements. PM then checks each insight against source notes, removes unsupported claims, and writes final recommendation.

- Uploading private customer data without policy review.
- Asking AI to invent evidence or cite unknown sources.
- Using output as final decision without human review.
- Prompting too broadly: “write PRD” without context and constraints.
- Ignoring bias, hallucination and stale data.
