Workflow áp dụng từng bước
- Create OKR charter: outcome, scope boundaries, KRs, acceptance criteria, decision rights.

- Add decision SLA: product decisions cannot wait indefinitely; log request, options, recommendation.
- Link sprint output to KRs: every epic/story must map to a KR or guardrail.
- Run demo with evidence: demo should include metric movement or validation evidence, not just UI walkthrough.
