OKR Scenario: Internal Software Product là gì và khi nào dùng OKR kiểu này?
Internal product không tạo revenue trực tiếp, nhưng tạo value bằng efficiency, risk reduction, compliance, employee productivity hoặc customer operations quality. OKR phải đo behavior change và business process improvement, không chỉ "system deployed".
Dành cho: Internal PM, BA, IT Product Owner, Operations Lead, Finance/HR/Legal/Support stakeholders.
Business goal thường gặp: Giảm cost, giảm cycle time, giảm lỗi, tăng compliance, tăng employee productivity.

Workflow áp dụng từng bước
- Map current process: capture baseline time, handoffs, errors, exceptions and pain points.
- Define value metric: time saved, cost avoided, risk reduced, compliance improved or employee satisfaction.
- Set adoption path: pilot group, champions, training, support, deprecation of old workaround.
- Instrument workflow: log start/end, status, exception reason and user group.
- Review benefit realization: compare expected vs actual savings and adjust workflow.
